This is the book that almost everyone will tell you is a must read if you're pregnant...and so far, I have to agree! It's a great way to stay knowledgeable about the pregnancy trimesters, pregnancy symptoms, doctor visits, pregnancy do's and don'ts, and more. It is definitely one of my go to pregnancy resources!
My mom gave me this book and I'm loving it. It gives great insight into the physicality of pregnancy, as well as the other ways it can effect our lives, including sex, choosing a birthing plan, exercise, emotions, and even has great charts about labor stages and labor pain. This is a great book to keep after giving birth as it continues with information about breastfeeding, circumcision, bathing, and life as a new mom.
Do your prenatal vitamins make you a bit queasy?
I found that when I took my vitamin in the morning after breakfast I got slightly nauseous, so I started taking the vitamins at night before bed! Now I don't have that sick feeling all morning.
