If you read my New Years post, you know that I signed up for EMeals in an effort to create a more diverse weekly meal menu. Let me tell, I haven't exactly started using it yet, but I am so excited about this menu!! My meals this week include:
Roasted Leg of Lamb
Black Olive, Caper & Goat Cheese pizza
I mean, yum right? And the best part is that they include a shopping list for your weekly groceries so you have everything you need all week. If you're like me and sick of the same 3 dishes you're actually capable of making, I think EMeals is worth a try. I'll officially be taking my EMeals list to Whole Foods tomorrow for a grocery run. Is it weird that I'm so excited about this?!
