7 Minute WorkOut?

Ok, but seriously, I need to get my act together. It’s almost swimsuit season. And not to sound petty, but yeah....
I twisted my ankle back in December which has been extremely problematic! I couldn’t take ski lessons, which meant that while my kids were taking lessons I was in the lodge sipping mimosas. And yes, someone was twisting my arm and forcing me to drink mimosas on top of a mountain in case you were wondering. Basically, I’m now on a first name basis with the bartender at the lodge, in case you were wondering, and he already has my drink ready for me when I come up the stairs. #stopjudgingme.
But I digress...
My point is that a winter I had planned skiing and being active, turned into a winter spending every Saturday for 8 weeks drinking cocktails. #calories
Plus my neighbors and I can’t go more than 3 days without seeing each other. Wine nights! #morecalories
Plus I can’t run because of my stupid ankle.#NotBurningEnoughCalories
So basically I need to get my sh*t together. My friend is trying the 7 minute workouts, and she loves it, my mom also looked it up and is super excited about. Full disclosure, these are two women who are #fitnessgoals personified (marathons, triathlons, etc), so I’m not sure if I should really be taking their advice (you know, considering all the mimosas, I think it’s going to slow going for me) but I think I want to try. But this week I already committed to starting a daily poetry reading ritual. I feel like starting one life changing commitment is enough for one week. At least for me!
